To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. . . Ecclesiastes 3:1
Your haiku is a lovely retelling of the picture that accompanies it. One last glance from the deer before it disappears over the hill? :)
Thank you. I just love seeing the deer, even though they seem to love eating our shrubs.
In the winter, the rabbits eat our shrubbry. In the springtime, my friends who live near the river lose their spring tulips to the deer. Yes, the sight of deer . . . always lovely.
Beautiful micropoetry
Thank you.
Beautiful haiku and picture, Pat. The stag searches for peace––lovely.
Thanks, Vashti.
In search of peace and quiet. Nice!
