ReplyDeletewell... this will be weird (yeah, I know, like that ever happens) but as I read your TToT I was getting song titles popping up. But, as such things go, I noticed and started thinking about it and, there when my list.
ReplyDelete(I got this far):
1 Doctor John (no title necessary, your Item is the title)
2 Meatloaf 'Paradise by the Dashboard Light(actually your Item was one line, towards the end of the song.
3 Cyndi Lauper 'True Colors'
...started to think.
btw, if you're thinking number 10 might be the tune played by the Pied Piper in the tv version of the tale, good luck finding it on youtube... v difficult.

HaHa. You really sent me on an errand this time to music I was out of my league. Kind of like doing a Sudoku puzzle that is one level higher than one's mind is ready to tackle.
DeleteOK, I promise I didn't read Clark's comment first. Your #7 brought songs to my mind.

(Actually, "Elbows and Knees" sung by Kermit came to mind first, but I couldn't find a video of it.)
That is funny. Okay, I missed knowing about this song too. That is what happens when there was no TV and our kids were way past watching Sesame Street age. But hey I'm getting close to entering my second childhood, so this was totally enjoyable.
